
Jennifer Lavier Jankovic, PMP
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In her role as Executive Director, Jennifer is committed to the Manitou Asinîy-Iniskim-Tsa Xani
Centre achieving its vision. With a strong foundation in project management, and community engagement, Jennifer is dedicated to driving impactful initiatives that foster positive change within the community. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of
Saskatchewan and completed the Indigenous Canada Certificate from the University of Alberta,
a Project Management Certificate from Mount Royal University, and is a certified Project
Management Professional (PMP).
Jennifer is an active volunteer with the Rotary Club of Calgary Downtown (RCCD) and Rotary District 5360, currently serving as an Area Governor. She has served two terms on her Club’s Board of Directors and is currently a member of the Club and District Indigenous Relations Committees, working diligently to promote understanding and foster meaningful relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities. Education is a key area of focus for RCCD and Jennifer is currently the Club’s liaison for the Urban Society for Aboriginal Youth and Calgary Board of Education’s Spirit Pathways: Indigenous Youth Empowerment Program, of which her Club is a sponsor.

She is grateful for the guidance of the board, their mentorship, and willingness to share their expertise, culture and kindness. Jennifer’s energy, enthusiasm, and passion for her work resonates in all her endeavors, making her a powerful advocate for positive change.
