The Manitou Asinîy-Iniskim-Tsa Xani CentrE will support the revitalization of Indigenous
Plains culture and teachings through the spirit of the Manitou Stone.
This will be done through historic partnerships in a way that meets the desires and requirements of all involved. The Stone and the project offer a major opportunity for Indigenous and non-indigenous people to walk forward together in a spirit of reconciliation.
Truth and Reconciliation is the path forward to the revitalization of Indigenous languages and cultural practices. The historic wrongs because of colonialization are unforgivable, where Indigenous peoples were not allowed to speak their languages or practice their cultural traditions and family units were destroyed in the name of colonial education.

First Nations languages,
and culture will be
celebrated at the CentrE.
The teachings will include the biodiversity of the site, and protection of the environment.

Relationships between all peoples as well as relationships with the environment will be forged and guided with the understanding that we are the caretakers, not owners, of the land. All decisions about the project site will take into consideration the environmental impact they will have on future generations.

The Reconcili-Action Plan:
Shovel-Ready Planning for the Manitou Asinîy-Iniskim-Tsa Xani Centre will build on the completed conceptual pre-design phase, and integrate engineering and specialty consultants, project management, communications, and development of a detailed business case to confirm project budget and schedule.
